Historic and old-fashioned (but welcoming!) club, Blackwell famously hosted Bobby Jones the day after he won The Open in 1930. It's a fine, mature parkland style course and a great location for entertaining in the Midlands. The clubhouse opens early and can accommodate meals throughout the day. They have a celebrated wine cellar if you're able to arrange transport home!
