Rochester & Cobham Park is one of Kent's premier inland golf courses, laid out across spacious parkland and framed by tall grasses.
The clubhouse overlooks the 1st and 18th green for an impressive post-golf atmosphere to close our Event Series.
We wrapped up the 2024 season with a quintessentially English golfing experience at New Zealand Golf Club. With its uniquely charming atmosphere and a course in great condition despite the time of year, NZGC delivered a wonderful, relaxed day’s golf followed by a very enjoyable 4-course carvery.
We were very fortunate to have short-game guru and renowned Tour coach, Dan Grieve, for the 2024 edition of our Masterclass. Centred around his ‘3 Releases’ approach, Dan and his team spent the morning coaching MG clients before taking part in a Q&A hosted by Di Stewart over lunch, sharing insights into the minds of the current Tour pros Dan works with and what all golfers can learn from them.
Swinley Forest is an ever-popular fixture on the Mint Greens event calendar, and this year was no exception. Attendees were treated to 18 exceptional holes of heathland golf in the private, serene setting that is Swinley, followed by a formidable lunch and top quality closing speech from our series host, Di Stewart.
2024 event series apparel sponsor G/FORE were onsite at our Spring Masters event to fit all attendees with a new pair of G/FORE golf shoes – a memorable start to a great day’s golf at West Hill. Congratulations to David Kirkpatrick and Tom Burton from Jamieson CF, who emerged as the winning pair, taking home the much-coveted Mint Greens Cup!
Sunningdale Heath proved the perfect venue for our inaugural Beginners' Clinic. Led by Tom Reid and Kristian Baker, the day introduced 4 groups to the basics of the game. As well as swinging a club, the aim was to strip away some of the anxiety newcomers can naturally feel and show that golf clubs can be very welcoming places. Judging by the smiles, we like to think we were successful!
